The manager-facing task-review service is not live. This list helps scope one task for a discussion; it does not run an analysis or determine readiness.

  1. Work-standard reference

    Note a generic standard label, revision, and effective date only. Do not share the standard text or confidential work instructions.

  2. Task and workcell definition

    Define a generic task name, its start and end boundary, and one criterion for the manager to review. Worker names, employee numbers, and badge details are not needed.

  3. Time basis for each source

    For camera, tool, PLC, or other signals, identify the timestamp source, time zone or clock basis, and whether times are local or normalized. Do not send raw logs.

  4. Separate final-inspection outcome reference

    Where customer rights and data governance permit, note the general name and aggregate period of an independent inspection report when scoping Stage 1, so outcome linkage can be planned from the start. Keep it separate from task-performance evidence; do not share record-level references or customer production data.
