Collection and purpose

We use organization name, contact name, email, and inquiry content to review and respond to requests. We do not collect sensitive raw production data on first contact.

Data rights and separation

Customer raw data remains in customer systems. Iruvy processing is limited to contracted and approved purposes. Any use of events or statistics for product improvement follows separate authorization.
